This presentation offers a full post-mortem of STUBBS THE ZOMBIE IN REBEL WITHOUT A PULSE. The spotlight is on Wideloadıs model of production, where a large team of contractors -located all over the world- was hired to build the game with the company's small core-team. Learn how they managed to create a new company, a new IP, a console game, and a new production model all at the same time.

Making games is hard. Making games using a production model that no one has every tried before is just plain crazy. But we did it. And the game got done. Learn from those of us crazy enough to try doing totally new things so that you can have a little less road rash on your face when it happens to you.

This talk will be most interesting to studio heads, and those considering using the Wideload model of production for their next project.
