Learn how a team of four strangers took a mobile game concept from idea to working prototype in five weeks (while keeping their day jobs). The session covers lessons learned and best practices in customer development, storyboarding, metrics and landing page testing. By using the approach of customer first, the end result was a game that people already wanted to play. The session will also have time for discussion on how lean and agile methods can be applied elsewhere in game development.
