CITY OF WONDER successfully leveraged this mechanic to add a new competitive dimension to the popular city building genre. This session will examine how Playdom took inspiration from traditional game mechanics and interpreted them for a casual Facebook audience. Learn how the team refined their concept as they moved from early prototypes to a live release, and continue to expand the game's content and features.
