We stumbled across the opportunity to make a console launch title as a small indie studio without an industry background. We made it. In this talk, we will tell the story of the many challenges we faced in order to release on the Wii U on day one and we will share what we've learned.

Takeaway
The focus of this talk is on the challenges of making a launch title for a console as a small team. Attendees will get a clear picture of indie console development from a technical, business and game design perspective.

Intended Audience
Every developer planning to release a game on one of the many consoles that will launch in the coming months.
